To deliver core functionalities, the Application processes:
Transaction Records: Income, expense details, dates, recurring schedules, and notes.
Financial Accounts & Budgets: Custom financial accounts, balance information, and personalized budget targets.
Categories: Custom category names and icon preferences.
Account Info: Email address and login credentials used for sign-in and cloud backup services.
2. Camera & Receipt Scanning (OCR Data)
Receipt Scan: When You use the receipt scanning feature, the Application requires temporary access to Your Device's camera or photo storage to capture receipt images.
Data Extraction: Images are analyzed locally or securely processed solely to extract transaction details (amount, date, merchant) to automatically create income or expense entries. Images are not shared or used for any other purpose.
3. Device Preferences & App Security
Local App Lock / Password: If You set up an App Lock, authentication credentials (PIN, password, or biometric data) are managed locally on Your Device to secure your app access.
App Display Preferences: We store user preferences locally, including number formatting choices, home page transaction visibility options (hide/show transactions), and custom reminder settings.
4. Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include Your Device's IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic data used to optimize app performance and stability.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following key features:
Income & Expense Tracking: To save, update, delete, and display transaction histories.
Analytics & Reports: To generate charts, comparative statistics, and budget progress tracking.
Recurring Transactions: To automatically record recurring entries based on Your configured future schedules.
Multi-Account Management: To organize transactions across multiple accounts.
Reminders & Notifications: To send localized alerts and custom financial reminders configured by You.
Cloud Backup & Sign-In: To securely authenticate You. If You choose to sign in and enable cloud backup, the Application may automatically back up Your financial data to Your selected cloud service to help prevent data loss.
Data Management & Erasure: To allow You full control to manage, export, or completely delete all Your stored data at any time.
Retention & Security of Data
Data Retention: The Company retains Your Personal Data for as long as Your Account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You may reset or permanently delete all your data directly via the app settings ("Delete All Data").
Security: We prioritize the security of Your financial data. Features like local App Lock add an additional layer of protection on Your Device. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If We discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take immediate steps to delete it.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use trusted third-party services including Google Sign-In and Google Drive Backup to authenticate users and securely store backup data. These services process data according to their own privacy policies.
