Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the mobile application Keyboard Themes & Fonts (the “Application”) operated by Sandip Radadiya (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

A. Coin Purchases (One-Time Purchase)

Users can purchase coins to unlock themes, fonts, and customization options.
 Available coin packs:

Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire.
 All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID account.

B. Full App Subscriptions

Users can also subscribe to access premium features and remove ads.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
 You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content (excluding Content provided by You) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved by the Developer.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account or access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Developer or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including lost profits, data loss or business interruption, arising out of or related to Your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service’s reliability, availability, or suitability for Your purposes.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
